Job Description


  • Up to $7500, Permanent Role
  • 5 Days work week, West with pick up transportation
  • Experience with Timesoft soft
  • Generalist with payroll processing experience
Role:
  • Assist the General Manager in the full spectrum of HR operations duties
  • and HR admin, including reporting, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, HR operations and off-boarding
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with the Employment Act and other
  • government legislatives
  • Seek continuous improvement and fine tune HR processes
  • Manage HR staff discipline and ensure that they perform to meet job
  • requirement/KPIs
  • Supervise and train new employees in HR and Admin and guide them to
  • achieve job requirement/KPIs
  • Perform as an Administrator for E-Leave and E-Attendance system
  • Ensure parameter settings are correct
  • Provide HR advisory to other line managers
  • Responsible to ensure pavroll reports are accurate and timely processed in
  • system
  • Responsible to ensure all internal HR reports(monthly report, OT report
  • and others) are prepared and disseminate to the respective personnel timely
Requirement:
  • Min Diploma holder
  • More than 3 years of experience with 1 - 2 years of supervisory/management capacity
  • Strong knowledge in Timesoft
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act
