Job Summary:
- Company background: Food Manufacturer
- Working location: West
- Working days & hrs: 5 days Mon - Fri, 8.45 am - 5.30 pm
- Salary Range: up to $6500 + AWS + VB + Transport picked up at Jurong East
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters
- Manage and hands-on Work Pass applications/renewals
- Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll and seeking approval from Management
- Administer company\'s HR system
- Oversee and update on company policies, monitor changes in statutory policies and propose action plans for Management on change of statutory policies
- Handle IR21 submission and annual employees\' income submission to IRAS (IR8A)
- Liaise with government bodies or relevant certification bodies on audit matters
- Liaise with external auditors to support audit exercises whenever required
- Manage training requirements and admin for employees
- Submission and update on government bodies\' survey
- Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system
- Executive assistant support to the Management
- Coordinate with IT team on IT requirements and issues
- Provide support to company event and adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by Management
