Working days & hrs: 5 days Mon - Fri, 8.45 am - 5.30 pm
Salary Range: up to $6500 + AWS + VB + Transport picked up at Jurong East
Primary Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters
Manage and hands-on Work Pass applications/renewals
Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll and seeking approval from Management
Administer company\'s HR system
Oversee and update on company policies, monitor changes in statutory policies and propose action plans for Management on change of statutory policies
Handle IR21 submission and annual employees\' income submission to IRAS (IR8A)
Liaise with government bodies or relevant certification bodies on audit matters
Liaise with external auditors to support audit exercises whenever required
Manage training requirements and admin for employees
Submission and update on government bodies\' survey
Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system
Executive assistant support to the Management
Coordinate with IT team on IT requirements and issues
Provide support to company event and adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by Management
