Job Description

:

  • Evaluates and creates strategies to improve employee relations programs, policies and procedures.
  • Recommending implementation of Labor and Ethics policies and procedures and ensures regular monitoring and compliance to new legislations and laws issued by the Government and other regulatory agencies
  • Manage Employee Relations & Engagement Section members, guides towards effective implementation of programs and develop their full potential.
Qualification:
  • Candidate must be at least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology and equivalent
  • More than 3 years leadership experience in Labor Relations

Experience:
