Evaluates and creates strategies to improve employee relations programs, policies and procedures.
Recommending implementation of Labor and Ethics policies and procedures and ensures regular monitoring and compliance to new legislations and laws issued by the Government and other regulatory agencies
Manage Employee Relations & Engagement Section members, guides towards effective implementation of programs and develop their full potential.
Qualification:
Candidate must be at least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology and equivalent
More than 3 years leadership experience in Labor Relations
