Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tailored to the needs of the school environment.
Manage work pass applications for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, handling issues related to payroll, benefits, leave applications, and employee grievances in a supportive and professional manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, organizing staff engagement activities and wellness programs to enhance job satisfaction and employee retention.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, working closely with management and department heads to ensure staff are meeting their objectives and receiving appropriate feedback and development opportunities.
Ensure that the school\'s HR practices align with the overall mission and vision of the school, contributing to an enriching educational environment for both staff and students.
Maintain and update HR records and employee data using HR management software, ensuring data privacy and compliance with PDPA.

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in an educational institution setting.
Familiar with Singapore\'s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
