Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry.
Familiar employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with Timesoft and TMS.
Jobs Scope:
Report directly to Managing Director.
Introduce new methods to improve management of human resources.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategy.
Comply with various regulations (Employment Act, TAFEP, PWM) .
Ensure that employees enjoy salaries & benefits at market competitive levels.
Develop employee skills to meet Company needs.
Develop career pathway and collaborate with internal training consultant
Talent Acquisition and Retention, collaborating with external agencies and drive recruitment efforts.
Review existing HR policies / practices and propose improvements
Manage transition to new HRIS software (Timesoft)
Explore various sources of manpower to meet companies' growth in cost-efficient manner.
Develop competitive salary scales and benefits
Handling company insurance (e.g Public liability & WICA claims)
Develop Training Plan and Evaluation system, oversee Training function
Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with various government regulations (e.g., MOM, NEA, IRAS)
Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
