Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
- Stay current with HR industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or HR Generalist role, with a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
