Reviewing compensation and benefit for company\'s competitive advantage
Provide advice to employees and managers pertaining to employee grievances, conduct and discipline issues.
Oversee the training needs and manage the training programmes.
Implement ways for improvements to existing work flows and processes.
In charge of career development, succession planning and talent management
Handle queries pertaining to any of the HR matters
In charge of clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal
Handling Company\'s insurance matters
Job Requirements:
Prefer with some nursing home / healthcare HR experience
Min Diploma / Degree in any courses
Able to start work immediately
Salary range: $5K to $6K
