Job Description

We are helping a well established Tech MNC looking for a proactive and capable HR Manager (HRBP) to join the Semiconductor business unit in Singapore.





Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the unit, supporting around 150 employees. Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and employee engagement. Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and other HR matters. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team when hiring needs arise. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.

Requirements:



2-5 years of HRBP experience Ability to work independently, proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Mandarin

is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts and the need to prepare HR documentation and reports in Chinese
