Job Description
The HR Manager shall be in-charged in leading culture change in the organization and ensure compliance to safety and labor standard.To be able to be successful, the applicant must have:
- 5 years of HR Management Experience
- Proven leadership and experience in leading culture change
- High Attention to Detail
- Experienced working with executives and with startups
- Experienced with Logistics is a plus
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Human Resources Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
