Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations (MOM, PDPA), and internal HR policies.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in a fair and professional manner.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights through data analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of HR experience with proven experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industries.
Solid understanding of Singapore's employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with a hands-on approach.
Experience using Timesoft will be an advantage.
