Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Implement the HR strategies and polices and ensure it is aligned with the company\'s business objectives.
• Building organization culture and improve the work relationships and increase productivity
• Supervising the HR team and conduct the performance management evaluation.
• Developing strong partnership with various stakeholders and ensure the HR strategies and policies are well explained to them.
• Provide HR solutions upon any employment related issues
• Ensure the employee details are well maintained in HRMS.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or any related studies.
• Familiar with the MOM rules and regulations.
• Possess proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
