Lead end-to-end recruitment for all required roles.
Develop effective sourcing strategies, including referrals, job portals, and campus outreach.
Plan manpower requirements and ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding process for new hires.
2. Work Pass Application
Oversee the full lifecycle of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
Ensure foreign worker documentation is accurate and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Liaise with authorities and stay updated on MOM guidelines and policy changes.
Monitor quota, levy, and work pass validity to ensure timely submissions.
3. Payroll & HR Administration
Calculate and verify staff commissions.
Oversee attendance, overtime, incentives, and all payroll-related components.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and statutory requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Maintain proper HR documentation, records, and personnel files.
Renew and update Group Insurance policies when required.
Set up new employee P-files and follow up on outstanding documents.
Prepare monthly birthday vouchers and quarterly entitlement vouchers.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems.
Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., appointment, confirmation, resignation acknowledgements).
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
Input employee schedules into the HRMS for attendance tracking.
Maintain and update employee information in Info-Tech Payroll System, leave system, and HR master files.
Check and verify staff lateness and issue necessary follow-ups.
Prepare and consolidate monthly attendance reports.
Ensure annual leave balances are accurate and updated.
5. Performance Management
Drive and manage the performance appraisal cycle for all employees.
Guide supervisors and outlet managers in giving feedback and setting KPIs.
Identify high performers and staff requiring development.
6. Policy, Compliance & Workplace Safety
Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws, health regulations, and industry standards.
Review and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs regularly.
Collaborate with outlet managers to monitor workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
7. HR Strategy & Process Improvement
Recommend improvements to HR systems, benefits, and operational workflows.
Develop initiatives to enhance retention, reduce turnover, and improve staff satisfaction.
Support the company's growth through effective manpower planning and HR strategies.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience; management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
Experience in service, hospitality, spa, or wellness industry is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage a small HR team effectively.
