What the role is:You manage the administration of the performance management functions in the Singapore Army.What you will be working on:On this, you develop efficient systems for analysis of information, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you assist in organising the Army promotion ceremony. Your challenges lie in ensuring that information is accurate and the performance management policies are administered timely.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Business, Data Science Management or any related field. Having prior work experience in human resource is preferred. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous. You must be meticulous and able to work under time pressure. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
