Managing and supporting systems adoption for service delivery improvements . Work along with the Project Implementation team as well as the Maintenance Support Team. . Provide coaching and develop members of the project team in configuration, based on a good grounding in HR & Tech practices using empirical and proven techniques to get the best leverages from the solution build a constant and critical mass of solutioning & configuration capabilities for the project . Providing solution and configuration to fulfil template requirements as well as fulfilling customers' needs. Issues involving solutioning can arise from Workday product or Security compliance needs, or Design Authority approved needs to fulfil business needs. . Involved in all phases of Project Implementations (to configure new needs), Innovations Implementation as well as Change Requests as approved by the Design Authority. The solutions implemented should work in an integrated manner to the configuration of the overall project systems and delivering end to end seamless delivery. . Experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS. Prior experience in implementation and/or maintenance of working on HR systems, especially Workday. . Ability to engage stakeholders to understand their issues, identify gaps, gather feedback, work with System Integrator and Central Team colleagues on possible solutions, and communicate solutions to stakeholders effectively. . Ability to work in ambiguous situations and consider issues from a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities/gaps, and address these from a user-centric perspective. . Good planning skills to manage milestones for HRIS annual maintenance and new initiatives. Ability to communicate with affected stakeholders and keep them engaged in the processes. Job Requirements . Diploma/ Degree holder with 8 years of configuration & solutioning experience in Workday. Workday Pro Certification in the core modules. A Workday Partner certified candidate will have a significant advantage . Experience in seeing through a few cycles of end-to-end solutioning & configuration for implementation and/or maintenance of Enterprise systems solutioning and configuration. Prior experience in working on HR systems (especially Workday), in a wide range of HCM Tracks and Technical Tracks in solutioning & configuration role (minimum 8 years) is required . Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems . Experience in Shared Services will be advantageous . Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details . Good project management skills and strive to deliver on time. . Good interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships . Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders. .
