Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.
  • Ensure that salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation on human rights and pay equity.
  • Identity the trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction through data collection (i.e. surveys, quantitative data, etc...)
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on our employee needs.
  • Keep track of the prevailing pay rates, and be able to adapt competitive compensation plans.
  • Be able to structure compensation effectively that will yield the highest value for the organization.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of our employee benefit programs.
  • Be able to track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
  • Be able to draft job descriptions, job analyses, and classifications in collaboration with OD Lead.
  • Ensure fair and uniform enforcement of company policies.
  • Conduct thorough review of case resolutions and be able to establish harmonious relations with all people across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Must be have experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, or with a similar role.
  • Must have hands-on experience with HRIS or any payroll software.
  • Must be knowledgeable of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority level.
  • Must have an excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Must possess good analytical skills.
  • Must be familiar with Labor Legislation.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
