The Company
Our client, a US listed financial services company, is looking for an HR Manager to support them due to expansion. This role covers Asia region and will start off as a 6 months contract and will be converted to permanent thereafter.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, this role is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for business partnering as well as HR operations tasks for Asia. You will be required to partner with internal stakeholders closely and provide advisory support on all HR matters, manage the day-to-day HR function such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc, and ensuring that the policies and processes are in place and adhered to, participate in HR initiatives and projects rollout.
Your Profile
You should possess a HR degree or its equivalent, IHRP certified, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant capacity. You should have sound HR knowledge. You must have strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
