Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead the HR operations team, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and HR analytics. Develop and implement HR operational policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies. Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategy development. Manage and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Manage the payroll and benefits administration process, including vendor management and compliance. Develop and manage the HR budget and monitor expenses. Collaborate with Operation, Management team and other stakeholders to identify and address HR operational issues and opportunities. Provide support and guidance to HR staff on HR operational matters. * Manage CPF, Levy monthly and proceed with payment
