Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement human capital strategies that align with the bank's business objectives and regional priorities. Drive workforce capability planning, ensuring the organisation is equipped to meet future skill and leadership demands. Support succession planning and leadership development frameworks for critical roles across APAC. Lead and execute people-related governance, policy reviews, and transformation initiatives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and HR specialists to ensure consistent and effective delivery of human capital programs.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in human capital, talent management, or HR strategy, ideally within financial services. Strong background in workforce planning, organisational design, and leadership development. Sound knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and regional HR practices. * Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and solutions-driven mindset.
