Job Description

Talent Management:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and developing strategies to attract top talent.Oversee onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the company.

Compensation & Benefits

Develop and manage compensation structures, conduct salary studies, and administer benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, wellness programs).Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate payment of salaries and benefits.

Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employees, mediating disputes, and directing disciplinary procedures.Foster positive employee relations and address issues to maintain morale and a healthy work environment.

Performance & Development:

Design and implement performance management frameworks and training programs to develop employee skills and optimize productivity.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and workforce growth.

Compliance & Strategy

Ensure the organization complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Advise senior leadership on human resources strategy, workforce trends, and talent management to align with business objectives.

HR Operations:

Oversee the administration of HR systems and policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Maintain and update employee records and manage HR data for strategic analysis.
