Our client is one of the leading facilities management organisation serving the commercial and industrial players based in Singapore. They are currently looking for a HR Manager to lead the HR department and drive the HR operations excellence and employee welfare. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a leadership position with high visibility.
Partner with the management team to provide HR solutions to support business goals
Manage the day-to-day HR operations for smooth running of the office and manpower administration
Strengthen organisation capabilities and revise gaps against business needs, and introduce development plans and restructuring where appropriate
Review and develop effective HR policies, processes and practices to response to business needs, including but not limited to:
Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or relevant majors
At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in large organisations
Good knowledge of Employment Act, and local labour legislation
Hands-on experience with HR / payroll software
Tactful with good interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on and business oriented with a high energy level and passion for organisation development
