Exciting opportunity to work in a startup company. This role will have the opportunity to set up the HR function for the Singapore entity and grow with the company. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions of the company as well as the daily office operations Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures Develop and implement Training & Development policies In charge of end-to-end recruitment activities, including work pass matters Handle payroll and staff matters including CPF, annual leave and personnel records.Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent 5+ years' experience Working experience in Financial sector will be an advantage Good knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and benefits schemes in Singapore Proficient in English and Chinese to work with HQ colleagues based in Hongkong.
