Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager accountable for HR, Admin and Training Departments/Functions and its KPIs:Responsibilities:

  • To Achieve Human Resources Departmental KPIs, HR Manager should:
  • Build relationship with stakeholders as a trusted HR consultant through providing value-added HR strategies and advices
  • Lead, manage, coach and motivate a team to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmed, processes and services
  • Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies
  • Establish clear understanding of the recruitment needs for the various departments and hiring managers to hire the appropriate talent on a timely basis
  • Provide advice to employees and managers and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline
  • Research and formulate policies
  • Identify area of improvement and plans for growth
  • Work with other departments in productivity and cost controls
  • Keep abreast of industry salary practices and competitions
  • Communicate expectation clearly to the team and challenge people to think
  • Provide constructive and continuous feedback
  • Lead and/or participate in MOM, MOH, SHRI projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed
Requirements:
  • Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic/Ngee Ann Polytechnic
  • At least 8 years in human resource function with 3 years managerial capacity, Preferably in service industries
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Good interpersonal Skill
  • Attention to details, with good Follow-up and Time Management skill
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Laws
  • Preferably with Timesoft payroll experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
