Your responsibilities
Your key responsibilities includes:

  • DL management including foreign hire , transportation and housing to ensure compliances
  • Government Statutory and external body liaison ie MOM, LTA, HRMC, Worker Union
  • Develop and implement people strategy in support of the business through employee engagement activities.
  • Partner with, consult with and influence the business area on HR needs to enable delivery of business target
  • Drive the people elements or transformation and change management
  • Coordinating and administering customer audit , foreign quota administration ,DL agency, market survey
  • Managing employee services ie bus,café and clinic
  • Employee Grievances and disciplinary action
  • Union and Industrial relation management

We are looking for

Hard Criteria
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HRM/Business Administration/Management
  • More than 5 years’ of experience in a generalist role. Candidate with competency in DL management and engagement facilitation.
  • Candidates with prior experience working in a large multi-national-corporation will have an advantage
  • Change management and transformation knowledge.
  • Strong team work

  • Lateral thinking, seeing connections ,capability to solve problem
  • Good oral and written communication skills, high-energy, independent and with good attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge in local labor law and or employment act.
  • Enjoys fast-paced and dynamic environment with energetic mindset .
  • Able to multi-task between strategic and operation role .
  • Practice in making business decision that aligns with global organization goals and site goals.
  • Has a deep understanding or the impact of external trends and competition, challenging the business to think thru complex issue especially related to DL
  • Experience of business transformation processes in fast changing and global organization.
  • Strong consulting, analytic and relationship management skill to devise innovative solutions to complex organization issue and matrix reporting organization.
  • Experience in running employee events ie sport and recreation and wellness program
