Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for managing the company's daily personnel management, coordinating the personnel working of various departments. Formulate the company's management system and working process related to personnel, salary, promotion assessment, training, etc. Responsible for the company's personnel files and document management, such as Singapore KET, payroll, employee handbook, training and evaluation documents, etc. Responsible for the company's employee recruitment, formulation of recruitment plans, organization and implementation of various recruitment activities. Manage the approval procedures for the leave, deployment, dismissal, resign of the company. Responsible for employee communication, understand employees' situation and thinking, put forward countermeasures or suggestions in a timely manner.Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Have a good command of Singapore human resource management and labor laws and regulations. More than 2 years of relevant HR working experience, familiar with the daily personnel management process. Familiar with MS office skills. Excellent communication in English & Chinese in order to liaise with external and internal.
