Responsibilities: Provide Talent Acquisition support for the group Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles collaborates with departmental managers to identify Knowledge, Skillsets, Attitude (KSA) competencies required for the vacancies. Act as HR business Partner to support the assigned group of the companies Administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations, Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees Work Pass Applications Keep abreast of the updated Employment Laws and Regulations, and recommended best practices reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Conduct MOM Survey Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities : Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meticulous. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations for Singapore. Familiar with the labour law in Malaysia and UAE will be preferred. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
