Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with management in Singapore and other country
  • Handling full spectum of HR and lead the HR team
  • Implementing HR development, policies and contracts
  • Ensure that policies are up to date and that local rules and regulations are maintained in each country
  • Handling all employee benefits and HR projects as well
  • Support corporate recruitment, assist in recruitment process and provide advisory to managers
  • Perform sourcing and screening of functions liaising with Corporate Recruiter.


Requirements:

  • Degree in any fields
  • At least 5 years in managerial role or supervisory experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial business environment
  • Flexible and hands-on within a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
