Business partnering with management in Singapore and other country
Handling full spectum of HR and lead the HR team
Implementing HR development, policies and contracts
Ensure that policies are up to date and that local rules and regulations are maintained in each country
Handling all employee benefits and HR projects as well
Support corporate recruitment, assist in recruitment process and provide advisory to managers
Perform sourcing and screening of functions liaising with Corporate Recruiter.
Requirements:
Degree in any fields
At least 5 years in managerial role or supervisory experience
Able to work in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial business environment
Flexible and hands-on within a fast-moving environment
Ability to work independently and proactively
