Responsible for the monthly submission of payroll file preparation to payroll vendor
In charge the process of complete recruitment process, manpower development with budget control, payroll administration, employee benefits, labour relations and health/safety programs in the company
In charge to process of expatriates (EP) / DP and HR administration
Responsible for compensations and benefits, employees insurance policies renewal, learning and development plan for staffs development and career advancement
Any ad hoc duties as assigned time to time
The Talent
Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related field
Min 5 years of managerial experience in HR
Strong knowledge of HR Laws and regulations.
Knowledge of SAP-HCM is required
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels
Ability to start work immediate or short notice preferred
