Our Client is an Established Healthcare Solutions Organisation with a renowned presence around Asia Pacific. They are seeking an individual to join the growing business as a Human Resource Manager.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will take charge of the complete recruitment and operational landscape. They will efficiently oversee, synchronize, and execute recruitment processes and international operations across various facets encompassed by the Human Resources and Office Administration functions within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of overseeing and orchestrating the complete recruitment cycle, spanning from sourcing and interviews to selection and onboarding of fresh talents.
  • Devise and establish sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Analyze and project future hiring requirements in alignment with the company\'s growth strategies.
  • Independently source candidates through various channels to meet evolving business needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and perform interviews using diverse assessment methods.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions and government bodies to explore talent programs.
  • Actively participate in the integration of new hires into the organization and respective teams, ensuring a seamless alignment with business needs.
  • Solicit feedback from new employees about their onboarding and orientation experiences, proactively addressing areas for enhancement.
  • Evaluate and refine job descriptions for both the Regional Headquarters and operational roles.
  • Scrutinize employee engagement metrics, including retention and attrition rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Talent Attraction to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
  • Serve as a point of contact for SuccessFactors queries.
  • Analyze HR-related data and engage in salary benchmarking exercises.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Offer operational support to the Regional HR team, including recruitment, data analysis, reporting, and addressing HRIS Successfactor issues.
  • Provide HR assistance to the regional office in the AP region as needed.
  • Undertake any other special projects or responsibilities as delegated.
Job Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor\'s Degree in Any Field
  • Min. 6 years of Recruitment Experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Singapore Employment Law
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
