About the jobOur Client is an Established Logistics & 3PL Corporation. They are seeking an HR Manager to join their growing business.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive recruitment and onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, finalize job descriptions, establish selection criteria, and determine suitable sourcing channels.
  • Liaise with Shared Services recruiters to communicate role requirements, ensure timely hiring, prepare salary proposals, and oversee smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Provide support for Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including grading, compensation reviews, off-cycle increments, annual increments, bonuses, and rewards and recognition programs.
  • Implement and maintain HR governance and policies, both internal and statutory.
  • Manage various employment areas such as hiring and termination processes, mobility services, labour issues, confirmation processes, contract edits, renewals, dismissals, and expatriate management.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management across all HR platforms.
  • Fulfill statutory requirements such as NS submissions, maternity and childcare leave claims, CPF contributions, and annual tax filing.
  • Oversee mobility services, including the application and renewal of Singapore work passes and dependent passes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage related exit processes.
  • Perform audits and generate reports for management and external agencies on employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and attendance.
  • Manage relationships with HR outsourcing vendors, relocation services, and immigration services, and ensure the accuracy and quality of invoices.
  • Support HR Transformation projects, including the implementation of HRIS systems and process improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate onsite training, engagement activities, HR events, and health and safety drills as necessary.
  • Handle vendor management and ensure the accuracy and quality of invoices.
  • Undertake any other HR responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR Management or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and HR governance.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, statutory requirements, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
