The role will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the full spectrum of Human Resources function.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop Human Resources strategic goals, programs and processes and maintain full strategic responsibility for activities.Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection processDevelop, enhance and implement appropriate HR policies and programs to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.Lead, coach, mentor and build the capabilities of HR team to be operationally strong.Partner with executive leadership and key operations leaders on the development of a workforce strategy and executable planDevelop talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain critical talents to build talent pipeline with the objective of meeting staffing needs and facilitates succession planning.Manage and oversee the compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and employee benefits.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including labour laws, workplace safety, TAFEP guidance, and equal employment opportunity laws.Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters.
