What the role is:Company Overview: The Energy Market Authority (\xe2\x80\x9cEMA\xe2\x80\x9d) will be centralising the procurement of natural gas under a new gas company (\xe2\x80\x9cGasco\xe2\x80\x9d) to enhance the security, reliability as well as price competitiveness and stability of natural gas supply for the Singapore power sector in the energy transition to net zero. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR manager for the Gasco. Position Overview: As a part of the core startup team, the HR manager will play a critical role in planning, formulation and implementation of HR policies and frameworks. You will be directly involved in the hiring of personnels for Gasco. Reporting to the Director (HR & Corporate Services), you will be responsible for executing the full spectrum of human resource programs.What you will be working on:

• Ensure effective day-to-day operations of the full spectrum of HR in areas including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with management to plan and manage manpower resourcing as well as provide strategic staffing and recruitment solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and implement appropriate learning and developmental needs of all officers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Harness HR technologies to transform operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with line managers to enhance performance management, providing guidance and training to managers on improving performance at all levels and proactively address performance issues, where relevant \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the accuracy of HR records and managing system enhancements and upgrades.

What we are looking for:

• Background in HR generalist experience across all areas of HR as set above. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of relevant working experience in human resource, with experience in leading a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 String communicator, able to effectively engage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in high pressure situation and consistently deliver in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and capable of working independently as well as in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
