  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, payroll, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Directors to enhance HR policies and systems.
  • Develop and optimize HR strategies and ensure data integrity.
  • Serve as the primary contact for labour organizations and organisations.
  • Negotiate insurance contracts and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage workforce budgets and support performance appraisals.
  • Provide management with insights on labour market trends and economic conditions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Japanese proficiency is a plus.
