This individual will drive and partner with the business team and support employees\' experiences. The role will report into the Director of People APAC and will be part of the APAC People team.This role will be responsible for the development of Flexport\'s dedicated locations in South Asia team people experiences, including: employee onboarding, talent management & development, talent review & processes, performance management processes, promotion processes, employee engagement and off boarding processes, the whole employee lifecycle. In addition, this role will play a critical role in presenting Flexport culture & values.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader.
