Location: Tanjong Pagar * Salary up to $7,000 + AWS/PB!

Our client is a lifestyle company specializing in the creation and curation of innovative concepts across diverse domains, including F&B, hospitality, and entertainment.
Your new role
Your job scope includes but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with internal departments to comprehend recruitment needs.
- Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms and etc.
- Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company\'s strategic resource planning.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant training courses with government subsidies.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business-related field.
- Min 4 years of experiences in a talent management and L&D role.
- Experience in recruiting for Hospitality/F&B would be ad advantage.
