to oversee recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, while supporting business leaders in driving organizational growth.Job Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development. Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, policies, and labor law compliance. Drive employee engagement and learning initiatives to build a strong people culture.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of HR experience. Exposure to
technology, engineering, or fast-paced industries
preferred. Strong HR generalist background with both strategic and operational capability. Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a growing organization. Regional HR exposure is an advantage.Regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
