Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection including shortlist, interview and offer
Manage and hands-on Work Pass applications/renewals
Preparation of letter of offers and other onboarding matters
Processing of monthly & adhoc payroll and seeking approval from Management
Administer company\'s HR system
Bonus proposal/approval and processing of bonus in HR system
Oversee and update on company policies
Monitor changes in statutory policies. Propose action plans for Management on
change of statutory policies
Liaise with government bodies or relevant certification bodies on audit matters
Liaise with external auditors to support audit exercises whenever required
IR21 submission to IRAS
Annual employees\' income submission to IRAS (IR8A)
Manage training requirements and admin for employees
Submission and update on government bodies\' survey
Executive assistant support to the Management
Coordinate with IT team on IT requirements and issues
Support company events and festive decorations
Handle adhoc tasks/projects as assigned by Management
