RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment, Staffing and Retention
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee relations
  • Compensation and benefits administration
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • With at least 5 year(s) work experience as HR Manager preferably in a Manufacturing company.
  • A Team player, with a strong resolve to get things done
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • With good communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Employee Relations, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Benefits & Compensation.
  • Wiling to work in Malabon City
  • Willing to render work on Mondays to Saturdays
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
