Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's objectives and Singapore's employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements in Singapore.
Requirements:
At least a diploma Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related certifications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
