Responsible for employee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding procedures, attendance tracking, CPF contributions, and other employee-related processes.
Improve and establish company policies to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
Handle applications and renewals of work passes for foreign employees.
Manage administrative tasks related to printing, fixed assets, insurance, and other office operations.
Provide logistical support and organize team-building activities.
Coordinate meetings and liaise with various institutions in Singapore.
Job Requirements:
Familiar with recruitment channels and employment regulations in Singapore.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Strong team-building, communication, and coordination skills.
