We are looking for an organised and people-oriented HR Operations & Office Management Executive to support our client's growing education centre. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic environment where they can make an impact across HR operations, staff engagement, and office administration. This role plays a key part in supporting both our educators and administrative team, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace culture.



Key Responsibilities



Human Resources Operations


Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and HR documentation. Support HR initiatives such as staff engagement, training coordination, and performance management. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and internal processes. Assist with drafting HR communications, policy updates, and HR reports. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR standards.
Office & Centre Administration


Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Support scheduling of meetings, staff activities, and centre events. Manage inventory of office and teaching materials, ensuring availability for educators and staff. Liaise with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and operational needs. Provide administrative support to management and ensure a smooth daily workflow at the centre.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, or office management. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, BIPO, or similar). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. A team player with a "can-do" attitude and high attention to detail.
