This is a multifaceted role with a focus on HR. Responsible for managing HR-related topics, providing support to the Managing Director and Management team, overseeing administrative functions, and driving employee development and training initiatives.HR business partner & coordinate with HR Asia Pacific, working closely with the head of HR APAC and MD to implement HR strategies and initiatives.Partner with the cross-functional group of subject matter experts and shared service team in Shanghai to assess, design and execute strategies for how we staff, on board, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.MAIN TASKS
