Support hiring managers with position requirements and recruitment processes for lower and mid-level hires.
Coordinates the local Payroll and HRIS processes including data collection, bank uploads, system maintenance, analysis and employee data filing.
Provides Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting to key stakeholders including; HRBP, Finance, and external reporting to Government institutes (e.g. Ministry of Manpower).
Coordinates Audit processes including; approvals on file, starter and leaver tickets, induction modules, background screening and data
Administration of company insurance benefits
On-boarding and orientation, guidance on policies, HR case management and exit interviews
First point of contact with Payroll Vendor in the ASEAN office, namely MY, VN & TH. Maintaining relationship, follow up on contract requirements and maintaining documentation on service agreement reviews.
