Key Responsibilities:

Located at Vasquez Compound, Minuyan, Norzagaray, BulacanWe are mainly looking for an individual who are compassionate in helping the company to have a fulfilling working environment and experiences and help provide the best service to its employee within the organization so they can work on their full potential. May handle the ff. HR facets.Recruitment - end to end recruitmentTrainings and Development:
- Coordination in assistance on Trainings/Seminars
- Coordinate and arrange (if any) in driver's apprenticeship with Trainer Drivers Employee relations
- Provide counselling to employee/s regarding work, family or personal problems
- Assist clerical and admin personnel Issuance of memo and DA;
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM or any Behavioral Science related Courses
- with at least 3 years of HR functions experience,1 year of which is in a supervisory level.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industries is a plus.
