Job Description

:

  • Perform full cycle of recruitment activities including but not limited to sourcing of candidates, arranging interviews, preparing letter of appointment
  • Administrative update of employee data in HR System, work pass renewals and applications
  • Organize career fairs and explore channels for green harvesting
  • Assist in new hire orientation
  • Other HR projects, e.g. digitalization, employer branding
  • Involved in New HR System User Requirements/Testing
  • Any other ad hoc HR tasks
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Function
  • Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
  • Required to be time-sensitive, pay attention to details and has good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
