Perform full cycle of recruitment activities including but not limited to sourcing of candidates, arranging interviews, preparing letter of appointment
Administrative update of employee data in HR System, work pass renewals and applications
Organize career fairs and explore channels for green harvesting
Assist in new hire orientation
Other HR projects, e.g. digitalization, employer branding
Involved in New HR System User Requirements/Testing
Any other ad hoc HR tasks
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Function
Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
Required to be time-sensitive, pay attention to details and has good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
