Support in the management of end-to-end HR services and activities.
Responsible for recruitment, work pass administration, annual appraisals, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement activities.
Perform monthly payroll, income Tax clearance, CPF and IR8A submission.
Manage staff benefits such as leave, medical, insurance claims, NS make-up pay, and government-paid leaves.
Requirements:
Diploma in HRM or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in doing full spectrum of HR duties in healthcare industry.
Good knowledge of HR principles and practices including the Employment Act.
Salary: $3,000 to $3,800
