:
You are responsible for providing support in communicating company and position details to new hires before their start dates, gathering necessary documents and planning onboarding schedule and conducting new hires' inductions.
You will welcome new hires on Day 1 and ensure they have their hardware properly set up. The day-to-day operation activities include but are not limited to organising and facilitating the company's onboarding procedures for new hires, drafting letter of appointments. It is important to ensure timely and accurate execution of all onboarding operations and sending emails to new hires and relevant stakeholders.
You will work collaboratively with other members of other fulfillment teams to ensure and promote teamwork within the department and in support of the Co-operative.
Other ad hoc duties and projects will also be assigned as and when.
