Job Overview:
To support overall Human Resources & Administrative functions in the company with focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, Foreign Workers Administration & General Administration
Job Responsibilities:
a? Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process by following hiring procedure and liaising with the Hiring Managers.
a? Prepare employment contracts and other HR related documents.
a? Maintain and update all personnel records and ensure their confidentiality.
a? Administer and update employees' database onto Flex system and employees' personnel file.
a? Facilitate PVP Applications, FOMEMA for Work Permit Renewal, COM, Special Pass, new hires & resignees logistics arrangement and Hostel.
a? Conduct on-boarding process, conduct Annual Refresher Training (such as RBA, internal ethics policies) & Monthly Workers' Representative Meeting.
a? Handles General Administration Duties
a? Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
a? Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
a? Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
a? Good in MS Excel.
a? Have prior experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes
a? Meticulous and analytical.
a? Proactive and able to work independently.
a? Good in communication and presentation skills.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:45pm
