& Requirements
To handle and administer the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process
Sorting candidates' applications and collate all necessary documents required for identified candidates to be hired.
Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain and update e-administration portal with employee's records and ensure personal documents are in in place
Liaise with MOM, PLRD, other government agencies, recruitment teams, training school and/or other business units within the company
Assist in the annual Security Grading Exercise
Coordinating office activities
Conducting Research and answering calls and recording messages
Liaison person between Corporate and Operations Departments
Prepare manpower reports and other ad-hoc reports as assigned
Developing HR policies, updating Employee Handbook and ensure that HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with the government's labour legislations and regulations
