Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Transportation
- Position Title: HR Assistant / HR Officer
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 6:15 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, calculation of OT, etc. for workers)
- Ensure full compliance with the local statutory requirements
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to the Warehouse & Operations Manager and functionally to HQ HR & Admin Manager on HR & Admin issues.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment functions from on-boarding to off-boarding of employees, including Recruitment & Selection, Training &Development, Employee Relations, and work passes application/renewal/cancellation.
- General Administration duties
- Other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time
- Diploma in Business Administration or related specialization
- Minimum 2 years work experience in HR / Admin work, preferably in Logistics or manufacturing environment.
