Job Description

Perform full cycle of recruitment activities including but not limited to sourcing ofcandidates, arranging interviews, preparing letter of appointment Administrative update of employee data in HR System, workpass renewals and applications Organise career fairs and explore channels for green harvesting Assist in new hire orientation Other HR projects, e.g. digitalization, employer branding Involved in New HR System User Requirements/Testing Any other adhoc HR tasksRequirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Function Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently Required to be time-sensitive, pay attention to details and has good communication skills Proficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5.30 pm / 8.30 am to 6 pmWorking Location: 15A Changi Business Park Central 1Eightrium @ Changi Business ParkSingapore 486035Nearest MRT: Expo Station
